This event presents strategies from the Pacific and Asia, from transnational climate litigation addressing economic loss and damage to community-led responses to non-economic loss and damage (NELD). Speakers: Community advocates from Pacific island nations and the Bay of Bengal addressing NELD; representatives of transnational climate cases from Pakistan, Indonesia, and the Philippines; researchers, and diplomatic representatives.
