Building on the COP31 position paper by Transformational Finance for Climate Group, this event explores how transformational finance can address structural barriers, mobilise investment at scale, and generate system-wide impacts to support the NCQG, the Baku-to-Belém Roadmap and the Paris Agreement. Speakers: COP30/31 Leads, government representatives, public development banks (FiCS/IDFC), vertical climate funds (GCF), investors (PRI), commercial banks (UNEP FI), think tanks/CSOs (I4CE).
