The League of Arab States is a regional intergovernmental organisation of Arab countries. The Global Carbon Council is a Qatar-based carbon crediting standard and registry. Announced on 23 September 2026, their joint pavilion will host dialogue on regional climate priorities, carbon markets and cooperation, climate finance and the energy transition. The Global Carbon Council ran its own Climate Action Hub in the COP30 in Belém.
